Role OverviewAs a Water Restoration Project Manager at Roto-Rooter, you will be responsible for interacting with customers, developing scope of work and work plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also manage and supervise water restoration crews, ensuring that technicians perform work in accordance with IICRC and RRSC guidelines.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include preparing and reviewing estimates, acting as a liaison with insurance companies, and interacting with other company personnel on collections. You will also perform water restoration sales and technician functions when needed, and ensure that all documentation is complete.
