The successful candidate will be responsible for managing crews removing water and providing dry out after a water event in residential homes or businesses. Primary responsibilities include meeting with stakeholders, managing and supervising technicians, demonstrating and training team members, overseeing job files, and adhering to company and OSHA safety guidelines.

Requirements
- At least 3 years of current or previous supervisory experience in residential or commercial water restoration
- WRT & ASD IICRC Certifications (preferred)
- Effective understanding of basic English oral and written communication
- Basic math and computer skills
- High school diploma/GED
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., under cabinets, attics)
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
- Ability to work in cold or hot conditions
- Ability to travel during the day locally to various jobsites
