Role OverviewThe Water Treatment Operator is responsible for the daily operation and upkeep of the Water Treatment Dept. This includes daily operations, inspections, equipment monitoring, and preventative maintenance. The role is part of the Water Treatment Team at Pilgrim's in Arcadia, WI, where the team employs approximately 500 members and works with 150 local growers.
What You Will Do
Perform tasks associated with the Water Treatment Operator, load and move Bi-Product trailers and tankers, and conduct daily monitoring and lab testing of Water Treatment Effluent for process control.

Requirements
- 1-2 years' experience in the operations and maintenance of Water Treatment plants
- Water Treatment Operator Certification
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend the English language
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift, push, or carry up to 50lbs
