Requirements

  • Performing all routine, preventive and corrective maintenance assignments
  • Performing all work in a safe and professional manner
  • Responds to and resolves customer complaints
  • Performs record keeping/data entry
  • Cleans and maintains facilities buildings and grounds
  • Repairs yards following maintenance procedures
  • Monitors inventory of parts supplies and chemicals
  • Communicates with co-workers on processes and job activities
  • Assists in the inspection processes of sewer lines and manholes
  • Assist in the maintenance and operations of the CCTV inspection system
  • Occasionally assists in the location of utility lines
  • Assist in Asset Management and Maintenance Programs
  • Repairs and maintain distribution lines, sewer lines, manholes and lift stations
