Role OverviewJoin RVE's team as a Water/Wastewater Senior Design Engineer in Egg Harbor Township, Secaucus, Morganville, or Cherry Hill, NJ. RVE is a leader in water and wastewater improvements, with a focus on designing and improving treatment plants for contaminants. The ideal candidate will have 7-15 years of experience in municipal water/wastewater and/or public works engineering.
What You Will Do
Plan, design, and perform analysis on water/wastewater engineering projects, including water main, sanitary main, pumping stations, and water & wastewater treatment facilities. Produce correspondence, reports, and biddable documents, and provide engineering support to the inspection department.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, with good writing skills and capable of working in a team environment. They will have effective communication, management, and writing skills, and be skilled in the use of Word/Excel products. AutoCAD capability is a plus.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or better in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- PE license required (PE license highly valued)
- 7-15 years of experience in municipal water/wastewater and/or public works engineering
