Role OverviewThe Water/Wastewater Team Lead will assist in the responsibility for operations of production section, serve as Project Manager for key clients, and assist in administrative responsibility for section staff and technical service functions. The role will involve working collaboratively with Area Business Development Lead to assist with business development activities and client management, and being directly involved with industrial and public clients in marketing, project production, and related issues.
What You Will Do
The Water/Wastewater Team Lead will be responsible for planning, organizing, controlling, and evaluating work through proactive project management system, implementing, monitoring, and supporting company policy, and assisting in the selection, training, development, and management of technical personnel.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
