Role OverviewInframark's Operations and Maintenance team delivers water, wastewater, and public works services to municipalities, utility districts, and industries. The Operations Manager oversees daily operations and maintenance activities of water and wastewater plants.
What You Will Do
Lead a team of operators in people management including hiring, performance management, and training. Ensure SOPs, DOT, OSHA, and other requirements are met, communicate with account managers, conduct site visits, manage maintenance of trucks and equipment, create and manage operational budgets, and implement continuous improvements.

Requirements
- BA/BS in related field
- 5-7 years water/wastewater experience
- Two years previous supervisory experience
- Valid Driver's License (CDL preferred)
- Water/Wastewater Operator's License specific to state and site specific requirements
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications & internet
- Working knowledge of OSHA requirements, DOT regulations & Utility SOPs
- Proficiency completing all regulatory documentation, reports and correspondence
