Job Description
The Lead Waterfront Lifeguard is responsible for overseeing and implementing waterfront programs at a Girl Scouts of Colorado camp property. This role requires leadership, supervision, and safety expertise, with a focus on providing excellent service to campers, staff, and visitors.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED and at least one year of college or equivalent work experience
  • Current OR willingness to obtain Lifeguard Certification, First Aid/CPR, Child Abuse Mandated Reporter, Universal Standard Precautions, Medication Administration
  • Documented experience in supervision and leadership of peers and/or staff
  • Proven experience of waterfront skills, including swimming and watercraft
  • Ability to run program 6-8 hours daily, 6-7 days per week
