Job Description
The Waterfront Lifeguard is responsible for implementing waterfront programs, supervising campers, and ensuring their safety. The role also involves working on a team to plan and manage waterfront activities, maintaining equipment, and providing emergency procedures. This is a seasonal, full-time position that requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and certifications such as lifeguarding and first aid. The ideal candidate has experience in waterfront skills, including swimming and watercraft, and is able to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Current or willingness to obtain Lifeguard Certification, First Aid/CPR, Child Abuse Mandated Reporter, Universal Standard Precautions, Medication Administration
  • Proven experience in waterfront skills, including swimming and watercraft
  • Ability to run program 6-8 hours daily, 6-7 days per week
