Hyatt Regency Lake Washington at Seattle's Southport is seeking an intermediate line cook to join their team. The ideal candidate will have hotel cooking experience, a culinary degree, and a professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures.

Requirements

  • Station setup and preparation of mise en place
  • Execution of dishes according to the restaurant's standards and recipes
  • Monitoring food quality and maintaining a smooth workflow during service
