Requirements

• Monitoring/Assessing performance of yourself to make improvements
• Operations Monitoring — Watch gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly
• Understanding of English grammar, written sentences, and paragraphs in work-related documents
• Communicating effectively to convey information effectively
• Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience
• Basic knowledge of machines and tools
• The ability to concentrate on a task over a period of time without being distracted
• The ability to use your abdominal and lower back muscles to support part of the body repeatedly or continuously over time without 'giving out' or fatiguing
• The ability to quickly move your hand, your hand together with your arm, or your two hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects
• The ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects
• The ability to make precisely coordinated movements of the fingers of one or both hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble very small objects
• Ability to understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
