Requirements
- High school diploma/GED required
- Degree or coursework in business or HR a plus
- 2–3 years of sales, business development, or staffing/recruiting experience
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- CRM/Salesforce proficiency preferred
- Bilingual Spanish/English a plus
