Job Description
Kingdom One is seeking an Employee Engagement Coordinator to join their Skyline Church team in La Mesa, CA. This role is central to employee onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, training, and partnership management. The coordinator will serve as a resource for all employees, leadership, and external partners.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR generalist or similar role
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of payroll systems (Paylocity preferred)
  • Strong mathematical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, Adobe)
  • Ability to multi-task effectively with strong attention to detail
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and process changes
