Role Overview

As a Wealth Management Advisor, you will develop a high-quality wealth management practice by managing and deepening relationships with an established book of high-net-worth clients. You will partner with clients to understand their goals and deliver tailored financial strategies, always acting as a fiduciary and in their best interests. You will serve as the primary financial contact, navigating complex situations and guiding clients through and into retirement. You will proactively grow your practice by expanding existing relationships and engaging TIAA's full wealth management capabilities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing a book of business and building long-lasting relationships with affluent clients
  • Deep knowledge of investment solutions and financial planning
  • FINRA Series 7 and Series 63; Series 65 or 66
  • Life and Health Insurance License — all licenses must be obtained within 120 days of start date
