Job Description
The Wealth Management Operations Support role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing daily operations to support our field force. This position plays a critical role in planning capacity, improving workflows, supporting the operations team, and partnering with firm leaders to drive efficiency and service quality.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in broker-dealer operations
  • FINRA licenses (Series 6, 7, 63, 65, or 66) preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong technological aptitude and comfort learning new systems
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple processes or projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills
