Role Overview

The Wealth Management Relationship Manager III is responsible for delivering high-quality wealth management services to clients and prospects. This role requires a strong emphasis on business development, client satisfaction, and process improvement. The incumbent will handle all aspects of financial planning, including preparation of plans and presentation of results to clients. They will also develop solutions to meet clients' wealth management objectives and maintain a strong understanding of the roles of other departments.

What You Will Do

The main responsibilities of this role include working directly with clients, responding to client requests, administering assigned accounts, developing financial plans, and maintaining a strong understanding of the roles of other departments. The incumbent will also interact with internal partners, clients, prospects, and external contacts to ensure accounts are administered properly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • MBA preferred
  • 10 or more years of experience in financial planning, client services, or related field
  • Excellent client-facing service experience and problem resolution skills
  • Strong interpersonal and team skills
  • Ability to establish relationships and partner effectively with various groups
  • Working knowledge of investments, tax, fiduciary, and operations
  • Certified Financial Planner designation required
  • Series 65 required or equivalent for state Investment Advisor Representative (IAR) registration
