Janney is an award-winning full-service financial services firm committed to understanding our clients' needs and providing advice beyond investments. The Wealth Planning Associate will provide technical support to one or more Financial Advisors to enhance and grow their business.

Requirements

  • Assist Financial Advisors in the ongoing development and maintenance of effective client relationships
  • Participate in client meetings, but not in an advice delivering capacity
  • Keep assigned Financial Advisors informed of all pertinent information and activity related to client accounts and transactions
  • Assist Financial Advisors in organizing and implementing productivity-based campaigns
  • Compose effective client correspondence in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • May accept client orders and complete their requests in clients' accounts on behalf of their Financial Advisors
  • Interface effectively with home office departments and branch associates
  • Provide excellent telephone service to clients and potential clients
  • Perform other duties as required that contribute to the overall effectiveness of the branch office and individual FAs
