Role OverviewThe Web Accessibility Specialist will support the client in maintaining and modernizing accessible, user-friendly HR websites, ensuring ADA and WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliance, improving website usability, and optimizing digital content.
What You Will Do
Conduct accessibility audits, remediate website content, review and edit web content, support website redesign, and perform usability evaluations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Digital Media, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in website management, digital accessibility, UX, or content strategy
- Strong knowledge of ADA and WCAG 2.1 Level AA accessibility standards
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS platforms
- Hands-on experience with accessibility testing tools such as WAVE, Axe, Siteimprove, or similar
- Knowledge of UX, information architecture, and plain language principles
