Deliver end-to-end support for Web Service customer inquiries including testing, implementation, and troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of using Postman with API protocols (REST, SOAP).
  • Proficiency in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through independently.
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
