Job Description
Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort & Spa is seeking a passionate and creative Wedding & Event Sales and Planning Manager to join our award-winning team. This role is responsible for driving revenue through the strategic sales, planning and execution of weddings and social events at the resort.

Requirements

  • Proactively solicit, negotiate, and close wedding and social event business to meet or exceed established revenue goals.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, booking pace reports, and revenue tracking.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for wedding and social event clients from initial booking through event execution.
  • Assist with training, best practices, and process improvement within the commercial services team.
  • Maintain detailed client files, contracts, and event documentation within the sales and event management systems.
