Job Description
Cool Today is hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our team of creative and energetic employees. We are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our customer service representatives answer high volume calls from existing and potential customers while using a computerized system for tracking information, troubleshooting, and providing information about products and services.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
1-year customer service experience
Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications
Experience with Service Titan is a plus.
Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English and must be able to sit for long periods of time.
