Role OverviewWe are looking for a Weekend Dispatcher to join our top-tier team. As a Dispatcher, you will schedule and dispatch technicians to service calls, maintenance appointments, and emergency repairs. You will prioritize service requests based on urgency and technician availability, and maintain accurate records of service calls and customer interactions.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include scheduling and dispatching technicians, prioritizing service requests, monitoring and adjusting schedules, and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
