What You Will Do
Safely operate and maintain various machines in a production environment. Serve as a back-up for the senior operator in cases of absence or scheduled time off. Assist in training Production Assistants and new Operators as required.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum one (1) year of experience as a Machine Operator
- Successful completion of in-house slitter, forklift, and needlepunch operator certification
- Ability to read and understand production and safety manuals
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven reliability and commitment to team success
- Ability to create and maintain a respectful, safe work environment
- Must be able to regularly lift 50–75 lbs
