Role Overview

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will develop meaningful relationships with residents and staff, promoting physical and psychosocial well-being, and leading to a rewarding sense of fulfillment and satisfaction.

Utilize nursing skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents, conduct thorough assessments, and accurately document changes in resident condition.

Requirements

  • Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana
