Role OverviewThe House Supervisor maintains nursing unit goals and objectives and is responsible for the supervision of nursing unit(s). The House Supervisor ensures compliance of nursing practices, procedures, systems, and processes with company policy as well as federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
What You Will Do
Provide guidance, supervision, and management oversight to all nursing staff on all shifts. Ensure compliance with company policies as well as all federal, state, and local regulations.

Requirements
- One year of nurse management / leadership experience preferred.
- Active, unencumbered licensure as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse in the state of employment.
- Ability to lead diverse team of individuals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong ability to make independent decisions and work without direct supervision.
- Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government personnel, and the public.
- Must have thorough knowledge of current standards of nursing practice.
- Must be knowledgeable of computer systems and applications.
