Role OverviewAngels of Care Pediatric Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to provide direct, one-on-one medical care to medically fragile children and young adults in their homes. The role involves conducting patient care and assessments, administering prescribed medication, and educating family members on patient clinical care.
What You Will Do
The main responsibilities include focusing on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents, conducting on-going patient care and assessments, and administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
