Role OverviewAs a licensed practical nurse (LPN) or registered nurse (RN), you will provide 1:1 in-home care for medically fragile children. You will administer medications and treatments, monitor patient condition, and educate and support families. You will work in a home health setting, following an individualized plan of care.

Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include providing skilled nursing care, administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient condition, and educating and supporting families.

Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (Pennsylvania)
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
