Role OverviewWelcome Ambassadors (Bell Attendant) is a liaison and a guest advocate from the moment the guest arrives until the time they depart. They provide walking tours and golf cart tours for guests, guide them to their room assignments, and advocate for hotel services and promotions. This role has a direct impact on creating the guest experience.
What You Will Do
Greet arriving guests, direct them to check-in, provide walking tours and golf cart tours, assist other associates as needed, and inform Supervisor of any guest issues.
