Role OverviewWelcome Ambassadors (Bell Attendant) is a liaison and a guest advocate from the moment the guest arrives until the time they depart. They provide walking tours and golf cart tours for guests, guide them to their room assignments, and advocate for communication of hotel services and promotions.
What You Will Do
Greet arriving guests, direct them to check-in, provide walking tours and golf cart tours, assist other associates as needed, and inform Supervisor of any guest issues.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This role requires a true desire to satisfy the needs of others, refined verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to stand for long periods of time. Previous Hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

- Ability to lift, push, pull moderate weight up to 75 lbs
