Role OverviewAs a Welcome Ambassador (Bell Attendant), you'll be the face of Miraval Austin, providing exceptional guest experiences and creating a memorable stay for our guests. You'll be responsible for greeting arriving guests, providing walking tours, and assisting with luggage and valet parking. This role requires refined verbal and written communication skills, the ability to stand for long periods, and a valid driver's license.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include greeting arriving guests, providing walking tours, guiding guests to their room assignments, and assisting with luggage and valet parking. You'll also be responsible for informing your supervisor of any issues guests may be experiencing during their stay.

Requirements
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment

- Valid Driver's License
- Previous Hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift, push, pull moderate weight up to 75 lbs
