Role OverviewAs a Welcome Ambassador (Bell Attendant), you will be the face of Miraval Austin, providing exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure. You will be responsible for greeting guests, directing them to check-in, and providing walking tours and golf cart tours throughout the resort. This role requires refined verbal and written communication skills, the ability to stand for long periods, and a valid driver's license.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include greeting arriving guests, providing walking tours and golf cart tours, informing supervisors of guest issues, and assisting other associates as needed.

Requirements

- Valid Driver's License
- Previous Hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift, push, pull moderate weight up to 75 lbs
