What You Will Do
Schedules and coordinates jobs, tracks work order progress, maintains open communication with Production Supervisor, and enforces safety rules.

Requirements
- Must have experience in steel fabrication, at least 2-3 years preferred
- High school diploma/equivalent
- Ability to lead by example and build effective teams
- Able to operate under pressure, meet strict deadlines, effectively prioritize workload and capacity to multi-task
- Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
