Job Description
Weld Technician at Flex-N-Gate is responsible for running welding processes to ensure product quality and integrity, optimizing resources, and implementing continuous improvement. The role involves creating and maintaining welding applications, schedules, and setup parameters, as well as troubleshooting and repairing welding equipment.

Requirements

  • Community College Diploma in Welding Engineering Technology
  • Certified Weld Technician from a recognized body
  • 4 years related work experience in a welding manufacturing environment
  • PLC Programming experience using Allen Bradley or Omron PLC
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • ISO 14000 system knowledge
  • Welding Standards ISO TS 16949 system knowledge
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
