Job Description
The Oshkosh Corporation Vocational segment is seeking a Welder to join their team in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. As a Welder, you will be responsible for interpreting blueprints, job cards, and routing sheets, and performing various welding tasks. You will work on a four-day week, 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday, from 3:30pm to 2:00am.

Requirements

  • 6 months or more of relevant experience OR High School Diploma or equivalent education
  • Previous welding experience
  • Proficient in MIG welding as demonstrated by an on-site weld skills test
  • Welding/Metal Fabrication certificate, technical diploma or associate degree in related field (desired)
  • Previous experience constructing large weldments
  • Blueprint reading skills
