Job Description
Austin Industrial is seeking a Welder - Combination to join their team. The Welder will be responsible for joining metal parts, such as pipe or metal plates, using heat or electric arc-welding equipment. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of Journeyman level experience and hold a Weld Test, TWIC, and DL certification.

Requirements

  • Join metal parts using heat or electric arc-welding equipment
  • Use spot welding gun or hand, electric, or gas welding equipment to weld or tack weld pieces together
  • Check the weakness of work pieces and measure work pieces with straightedge or template to ensure the piece meets specifications
