Role OverviewAs a Welder II, you will assemble, align, and weld various subassemblies and assemblies of moderate to advanced complexity using various equipment. You will also perform preventive maintenance procedures and contribute to a team effort by training others in welding tasks.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assembling, aligning, and welding subassemblies and assemblies, performing preventive maintenance, and training others in welding tasks.

We are looking for someone with at least one year of formal welding training or equivalent experience, 3 years of welding experience in a manufacturing environment, and basic computer skills.
Requirements
- Holds a High School diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
- Has at least one year of formal welding training or the equivalent level of experience
- Has 3 years of welding experience in a manufacturing environment
- Must be able to safety use small hand and power tools, measuring tools, air tools and welding equipment
- Must be able to read and interpret Drawings and Bills of Material
- Must have basic computer skills
- Must be able to perform Mig and Tig welding in various positions
