Role OverviewWe are looking for a welder to join our team at Carry-On Trailers in Missouri Valley, Iowa. The successful candidate will weld metal pieces together to build quality trailers.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities will include reading blueprints, building trailers according to the blueprint, and maintaining a safe and orderly weld bay.

The ideal candidate will be able to proficiently perform each of the duties listed above, with the ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, and understand instructions in English or Spanish.
Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints
- Ability to understand instructions in English or Spanish
- Physical ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
