Job Description
Role Overview

As a welder, you will be responsible for assembling and welding metal components to create high-quality products. You will work closely with our production team to ensure that all products meet our strict quality standards.

What You Will Do

Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications, set up and operate welding equipment, weld metal components together, inspect welds for accuracy and quality, perform routine maintenance on welding equipment, and follow all safety procedures and guidelines.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of a welding program from a technical school or equivalent experience
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications
  • Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Basic math and measurement skills
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
