Job Description
Role Overview

The Fabricator/Welder will support operations at the Princeton, WV site, assembling structural forms, weld repairs, and providing weld support for internal tooling and equipment. The role requires training and testing for certification, processing work orders, and managing raw materials, weld rods, and metals in the weld shop. The Fabricator/Welder will work with customer specifications, ensure quality, and complete related paperwork accurately.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include Tig welding, Stick welding, Mig welding, soldering, restack of stator iron, and rebar of rotors. The Fabricator/Welder will manage segregation, control, and traceability for all raw materials, weld rods, and metals in the weld shop. They will also provide feedback to engineering on discrepancies, drawing errors, quality errors, etc.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of Fabricating/Welding experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong verbal and written communication skills. They will be able to deal with problems involving several concrete variables, have mathematical skills, and effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
