Requirements
- Completion of High School education or GED
- Previous MIG welding experience preferred
- Ability to safely perform physical tasks such as standing, twisting, lifting, bending, and stooping
- Ability to follow and understand Work Instructions (WI)
- Ability to work in a safe and productive manner at all times
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to use handheld and power driven tools correctly and safely
- Ability to accurately and correctly read and comprehend blueprints
- Ability to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment
- Mechanically inclined
- Ability to read and write legible as defined by company standards
