Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Welding Supervisor to lead daily operations in our welding and fabrication department. This role is ideal for a transformational leader with a background in make-to-order and engineer-to-order manufacturing environments.
What You Will Do
Supervise and mentor welders and fabrication staff, plan and schedule welding production to meet delivery timelines, communicate production issues and delays to internal teams and branches.
