Job Description
The Wellness Coach is responsible for increasing membership growth and retention by strengthening member commitment through authentic personal relationships, connecting and engaging members, and maintaining a clean and safe exercise environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; college degree preferred (exercise science, physical education, exercise psychology or related field); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Computer skills and the ability to learn appropriate computer programs related to the position
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong member engagement skills; outgoing personality and a desire to be helpful to others
