Role OverviewThe Wellness Coach will maintain equipment and surrounding areas, and engage and coach members. The role requires ensuring the highest quality service to members and guests, and working with all staff to welcome, connect, support, and engage all members, guests, and staff.
What You Will Do
The Wellness Coach will perform daily cleaning in the wellness area, provide member training, orientations, and evaluations, and input maintenance requests in association maintenance software.

The successful candidate will be able to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints, properly prepare and teach classes, and communicate verbally in normal and loud situations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Minimum of 6 months experience in the wellness field
- Certification in CPR/First Aid/AED/O2 within 60 days of hire
- Satisfactory completion of a criminal background check and Child Protective Services check
