Job Description
Dirigo Pines is seeking a Wellness Director/Director of Nursing to oversee all aspects of the Wellness Department and provide excellent physical and psychosocial care to residents. The primary responsibility is to monitor and assure quality in all aspects of the wellness program, including medication management, provision, and documentation of services.

Requirements

  • Licensed nurse or certified to administer medications
  • Minimum of two years experience in senior housing
  • Graduate of accredited school of nursing preferred
  • Ability to read, write, and speak in English
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • High degree of interpersonal skills and capability of relating to a variety of people and personalities
