Job Description
Dirigo Pines is seeking a Wellness Director/Director of Nursing to oversee all aspects of the Wellness Department, providing excellent physical and psychosocial care to residents in a non-profit setting. The successful candidate will have experience in staffing and scheduling, working with doctor's offices, and ability to work directly with admissions coordinator or Sales Director to facilitate timely resident moves.

Requirements

  • Licensed nurse or certified to administer medications
  • Minimum of two years experience in senior housing
  • Ability to read, write, and speak in English
  • High degree of interpersonal skills and capability of relating to a variety of people and personalities
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Be in good physical health and free of communicable diseases
