Role OverviewArbor Grove Assisted Living & Memory Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced clinical leader to join as Wellness Director / Resident Care Director. This role oversees resident care, supports clinical staff, and ensures the highest standards of quality and safety within the community.
What You Will Do
Lead, manage, and be accountable for team performance; manage revenue for wellness, evaluations, care conferences, and service plans; coordinate Alzheimer and Dementia programs; perform admission and ongoing evaluations of residents; manage state regulations and auditing; verify MARS/TARS and communicate with pharmacy; review incident reports; communicate emergency policies; and market wellness throughout the community.

Leadership experience and proven ability to manage revenue and financials are valued. The role requires a flexible schedule including on-call, weekends, and holidays. Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) registered within the State preferred
- CDP required prior to or upon hire within 90 days
- Assisted Living/Memory Care experience preferred
- Leadership experience preferred
- Proven ability to manage revenue and financials successfully
- Proven high performer
- Ability to work successfully through complex issues; problem solve
- Has a consistent employment history, ideally with 2–3+ years in previous roles
