Role OverviewThe Wellness Director is responsible for the overall direction, administration, and coordination of clinical resident care services. They deliver a 1440 experience, optimize performance, and lead employee connections within the community.
What You Will Do
The Wellness Director will lead, manage, and be accountable for their team's performance. They will ensure right care, at the right price, with the right staff, and will be responsible for revenue, evaluations, care conferences, and service plans.

Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) registered within the State required.
- CDP required prior to or upon hire within 90 days.
- Assisted Living/Memory Care experience preferred.
- Leadership experience preferred.
- Proven ability to manage revenue and financials successfully.
- Proven high performer.
- Ability to work successfully through complex issues; problem solve.
