Role OverviewThe Wellness Nurse Manager is responsible for overseeing the Wellness team and ensuring quick, reliable, and person-centered care is provided. They must be active in the department, assisting and leading the team, and be available to help with call lights and requests for assistance.
What You Will Do
The Wellness Nurse Manager will provide direct nursing care, including medication passes, and have thorough knowledge of current care standards and regulations. They will also have experience in hands-on care of memory impaired residents and knowledge of Electronic Medical Records.

Requirements
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing within the state of employment
- Thorough working knowledge of current care standards and regulations
- Comprehensive working knowledge of current medication regulation and law
- Ability to communicate in English with residents
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds and perform two-person transfers
