Role OverviewThe Wellness Team Supervisor is responsible for day-to-day supervision of care staff in assisted living and memory care and assuring residents receive care and personalized assistance.
What You Will Do
Supervise care staff, monitor job performance, coach and counsel staff, and document corrective action as needed. Participate in hiring, firing, and disciplinary processes and decisions.
