Role OverviewThe West Virginia Market Manager is responsible for leading daily branch operations, staff development, patient care, inventory management, referral coordination, and physician relationship support. This role combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on involvement in patient service, PAP setups, documentation management, referral processing, and operational support.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include adhering to company policies, providing leadership and oversight for branch operations and personnel, recruiting and managing branch team members, and ensuring branch readiness for audits and compliance reviews. You will also work pending orders, maintain communication with physician offices, and perform PAP setups in office and home settings.

Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent healthcare, business, or management experience
- Minimum three years of experience in DME, respiratory care, healthcare operations, or a related field
